3-Star offensive linemen, Rex Waterman has signed with Nebraska as part of its 2026 class. Waterman is one of three new linemen who have signed in this year’s class, showing that Nebraska is really making a push to develop linemen rather than snag them from the portal in the future.
Waterman comes in at 6’5” and 300 pounds, a perfect size for a Big Ten offensive line. The Chandler, Arizona, product is ranked as a top 70 interior linemen and played a massive role in helping his high school team, Hamilton, average over 300 yards passing and 200 yards rushing per game. Waterman hopes to enroll early and start practicing with Nebraska as they get ready for their bowl game.
