Four-star wide receiver Cortez Mills has flipped from Oklahoma to Nebraska. Mills committed to the Sooners back in July, but there were whispers of him possibly flipping to Nebraska, starting after he went against the wishes of Oklahoma head coach Brett Venables and visited Nebraska during the Colorado game. Those whispers got a lot louder over the last couple of days and were turned into cheers as Cortez Mills officially signed with the Cornhuskers today.
The Florida prospect was a top-200 player, ranking 112th overall and the 15th-best receiver in the class of 2025. Mills has been on Nebraska’s board for over two years and will be one of three wideouts to sign with Nebraska this year. Mills has the athleticism, speed, and hands to make an instant impact on offense.
