The Cornhuskers have officially signed the #1 player in Nebraska, 4-Star Christian Jones, out of Omaha Westside. With many fans worried about Tony White accepting a job at Florida State and how that would affect this year’s recruiting class, Jones put those concerns to rest, reassuring fans earlier in the week that he is 100% a Cornhusker.
On Wednesday, Jones officially put pen to paper and signed in front of friends, family, and teammates to become a Cornhusker. The 6’3” Omaha native plans to enroll early at Nebraska and possibly already be in pads for the upcoming bowl practices.
