The No.2 cornerback in the 2026 class has signed with Nebraska. Danny Odem III, the 6’1”, 180-pound CB received over 50 offers, including offers from Ohio State, Penn State, Clemson, and Miami. Ultimately, Odem wanted to be a Blackshirt.
Odem has the size and skills that every team wants, hence the 50-plus offers. Odem shines in zone coverage, but has the physicality to be a threat in man-coverage. His talents transfer well to help aid in run support, as he will fight through blocks and make open-field tackles with ease. Odem is far from being a developed product and has one of the highest ceilings in this class. Expect to hear Odem’s name a lot in the coming years.
